Protein Fruit Salad Recipe
Protein fruit salad is a great option to start your day or to have as a snack. Normally a fruit salad can get a little high on the sugar content, but with a few adjustments it can be balanced out with some wonderful protein. It is always a good idea to have fruit as part of your daily/weekly plan and this recipe helps with that greatly.
Prep Time: 10 mins
Serves:6
Ingredients
- 2 mandarins
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt plain
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 scoops protein powder (Bare Blends)
Method
- Add yogurt and protein powder to a large bowl and mix until even texture
- Add all fruits to the bowl and combine
- Drizzle with honey.
- Serve and ENJOY!
