Protein Fruit Salad Recipe

Protein fruit salad is a great option to start your day or to have as a snack. Normally a fruit salad can get a little high on the sugar content, but with a few adjustments it can be balanced out with some wonderful protein. It is always a good idea to have fruit as part of your daily/weekly plan and this recipe helps with that greatly.

Prep Time: 10 mins

  • 2 mandarins
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt plain
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 scoops protein powder (Bare Blends)

  1. Add yogurt and protein powder to a large bowl and mix until even texture
  2. Add all fruits to the bowl and combine

  4. Serve and ENJOY!
