1-on-1 Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions run for 45 or 60 minutes and are individually designed around your goals, fitness level and lifestyle. Our highly experienced trainers don’t just plan your program — they guide and support you every step of the way with up-to-date, honest advice and real accountability.

From resistance training and interval work to boxing, cross training and strength, we use the methods that suit you best to achieve long-term, sustainable results — not quick fixes.

Group Training & Classes

Our small-group training sessions combine the energy and motivation of training with others with the coaching and technique support you’d expect from personal training. Class sizes stay small and focused, so you get proper guidance while enjoying the camaraderie of a group.

From high-intensity intervals and strength circuits to boxing and functional conditioning, there’s a class style to keep you engaged, challenged and progressing — all within our supportive studio community.

Nutritional Support

With so much confusing advice and endless “quick fix” diets, it’s easy to feel lost about what to eat. That’s why we provide evidence-based, practical nutrition coaching to help you make real, sustainable changes — not temporary fads.

Our in-house nutritionist works alongside our trainers to create guidance that fits your lifestyle and training goals. You’ll learn how to fuel your workouts, manage weight in a healthy way, and build habits that last.

Cardio Equipment

Our studio features a range of premium cardio machines — including treadmills, rowers, ski ergs and assault bikes — so you can build endurance, burn calories and improve overall fitness in a safe, motivating environment.

We also have a open space for our Group Classes and non-machine related exercises!

Strength & Weights Equipment

Our strength and weights area is fully equipped with free weights, barbells, dumbbells, squat racks and cable machines — everything you need to build strength, improve muscle tone and train safely at any level. Whether you’re new to lifting or working on advanced performance, our trainers help you get the most from every session.

Stretch & Recovery Zone

Our stretch and recovery area is designed to help you warm up properly, cool down safely and maintain mobility for long-term progress. With mats, rollers and mobility tools, you’ll have the space and equipment to recover well, reduce injury risk and keep your body moving at its best.

Change Rooms & Member Amenities

Our studio offers modern change rooms with everything you need to train comfortably — including showers, lockers and space to refresh before or after your session. We’ve designed our amenities to make fitting fitness into your busy day simple and stress-free.
