Personal Training

With 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions running for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, your program is individually created and tailored with your goal in mind. Our highly experienced Personal Trainers will not only help you plan your path to success, they will be with you every step of the way. We work as a team to provide up-to-date and honest information as well as accountability to make sure that we leave no stone unturned on the way to success. Resistance Training, Interval Training, Boxing, Cross Training and Strength – no matter how you need to be trained, our trainers can do it.

Group Training & Classes

Want a fun and social workout? This is it! Outside of Personal Training, the key to success lies with Group Training! Incorporating Group Training and gym classes into your weekly schedule means less time training on your own, you get to meet people on a similar journey and it reduces the chance of hitting the dreaded training plateau. With classes including Boxing, Cross-Training, Strength, Run & Walk Group, there will always be an option suitable to your goals throughout the week. We are here to cater to your health and fitness needs. This means if there is a class you are after just ask!

Nutritional Support

With all the nutrition noise out there, and the endless supply of ‘quick fix’ diets available, it is no wonder that few people know how to properly achieve a sustainable, long-lasting result. Our aim is simple, to provide up-to-date and honest nutritional information that is designed to give you all the keys to long-lasting and effective change. With our trainers dedicated to constantly improving their own knowledge, you could not be in better hands. Join us for our FREE seminars designed to help you succeed.

Cardio

Our open plan cardio space has a range of cardio machinery to cater to your individual needs including:

  • Treadmills
  • Cardio bikes
  • Rower
  • Ellipticals

We also have a open space for our Group Classes and non-machine related exercises!

Weights

A comprehensive range of weights machines and equipment allows our team to safely guide you through the programs that we create based on your individual goals and requirements.

We ensure that you are correctly prescribed the right movement patterns based on your exercise experience, injuries and level of initial fitness.

Stretch & Relax

Our multifunctional stretch & relaxing space allows you to cool down in peace, participate in a class or just have a chat with the team.

Changerooms

We have fully fitted out changrooms designed to make the transition from workout to work, or workout to the rest of your day as easy as possible. Fully equipped showers with everything needed to refresh after a big workout.

Technology

Exercise is much easier when you are listening to something that you love! Our state of the art music system allows you to choose what you want to listen to while you workout and with the ability to sync our Spotify playlist with your device, the motivational music is just a button away.

Seminar

Our seminar space allows us to help you with everything that happens outside of exercise in order to get a result. With a network of wellness professionals, we provide in depth analysis in a variety of topics all designed with your success in mind.
