Alec has 13 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including eleven years as a personal trainer. His track record of providing direct, honest information and reputation for helping clients achieve amazing results led him to establish Authentic Personal Training. Specialising in weight loss and fitness improvements, Alec has developed the knowledge and ability to help you take the next step in your fitness journey, and your results to the next level.
His passion for leading a team of experienced personal trainers and helping the local community see sustained fitness success culminated in his being awarded the 2020 North Shore Business Person of the year in 2020.

Tom has been involved with health and fitness, both directly and indirectly over the last 10 years. Over this time, he has developed a strong understanding of weight training and how it can maximize your results. Over the last 4 years he has focused his efforts towards endurance training, in particular triathlon and iron man events. With a focus on biomechanics and having learnt through his own training mistakes, you can be assured that he is here to help you achieve your results injury free and happy!

Micheal has been in the health & fitness industry for 11 years including six years Personal Training experience in London. During his time as a trainer, he created and maintained long-term relationships with clients, helping them achieve amazing results and ensuring fitness was a top priority in their life. With extensive experience in weight loss management, as well as programming for The Tough Mudder, London Marathon and lean muscle building, Micheal loves to help people succeed whilst creating work, health & fitness and life balance.

Cameron’s passion for fitness comes from his own weight loss journey and as a result, understands the struggles and challenges faced every day in health and fitness. Recently transitioning from the corporate world to Personal Training, he wants to help others reach their goals and make a difference in their lives. His principles are simple, he likes to prioritise correct movement with evidence-based resistance training methods.

Brad grew up on the Northern Beaches and became a PT in 2013. Over the
past 6 years he has gained experience specialising in weight loss, fitness, strength training, programming and helping clients achieve goals they set their mind to.
With an increase interest in strength & conditioning and elite sport coaching, he is constantly looking to better his knowledge and further assist those who he is able to train. He believes work, training and life balance is crucial and enjoys working towards creating that balance.
By making training fun, enjoyable and functional, everything has a purpose.

Celia started her journey into the health and fitness industry 11 years ago, after transitioning to a vegan, plant-based diet. With a background in dancing, yoga and performing arts, the importance of exercise has always been something Celia has held in high regard when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing. Taking a holistic approach and combining her experience working in and managing gyms, along with her passion for nutrition, Celia is excited to get you working towards your goals and on you path of transformation and vitality.

Lynsey began her career in the health and fitness industry after many years playing high level sport, in particular representing England in cricket and playing representative hockey. Transitioning from time spent in the gym as a young athlete under quality strength and conditioning coaches she became a Personal Trainer in 2014. Since then Lynsey has had a wide reach in the industry training young athletes for sport to older adults for improved overall wellbeing, as well as training clients for more specific outcomes including injury prevention, weight loss and rehabilitation.
