Alec has 13 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including eleven years as a personal trainer. His track record of providing direct, honest information and reputation for helping clients achieve amazing results led him to establish Authentic Personal Training. Specialising in weight loss and fitness improvements, Alec has developed the knowledge and ability to help you take the next step in your fitness journey, and your results to the next level.

His passion for leading a team of experienced personal trainers and helping the local community see sustained fitness success culminated in his being awarded the 2020 North Shore Business Person of the year in 2020.

Tom has been involved with health and fitness, both directly and indirectly over the last 10 years. Over this time, he has developed a strong understanding of weight training and how it can maximize your results. Over the last 4 years he has focused his efforts towards endurance training, in particular triathlon and iron man events. With a focus on biomechanics and having learnt through his own training mistakes, you can be assured that he is here to help you achieve your results injury free and happy!

Micheal has been in the health & fitness industry for 11 years including six years Personal Training experience in London. During his time as a trainer, he created and maintained long-term relationships with clients, helping them achieve amazing results and ensuring fitness was a top priority in their life. With extensive experience in weight loss management, as well as programming for The Tough Mudder, London Marathon and lean muscle building, Micheal loves to help people succeed whilst creating work, health & fitness and life balance.

Since childhood I’ve been involved in sport: basketball, volleyball, running and won prizes in long-distance running. Now I work as a PT and train myself actively: love running, HIIT workouts, competitions like Spartan, like to challenge myself and try something new. Sounds great?

Possibly, but I skipped a very important part. 10 years ago I was overweight, had bad habits, eating disorders. I did lots of mistakes, gave up, etc. I went through this, but it took me a long time. Now I’m here… with knowledge and personal experience that I really want to share and help everyone who needs it.

working in the Southern Highlands and now Sydney, Daniel brings a vast array of experience and knowledge to his sessions. With a focus on sustainable holistic development, his passion for ‘building better humans’ really comes to life on the gym floor. Over the course of his career Daniel has trained with a wide variety of people and professional sporting organisations.

He has a strong interest in performance nutrition, human movement, mental health wellbeing and has a sincere belief that fitness is the best tool for improving one’s overall quality of life. As your coach, not so secret weapon, and transformation companion, Daniel takes the guesswork away from you, allowing you to shine while enjoying the process.

Matt has been working in the health & fitness industry for over 5 years and has had a vast variety of experience with different individuals from various background. Playing sports since a young age such as cricket, soccer and AFL, Matt has been able to incorporate training styles that focus on building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle while also being able to enjoy training itself.

Focusing on muscle development and an overall healthy lifestyle, Matt has had experience working with children in schools as a strength and conditioning coach which has allowed him to extend his knowledge with training. He believes that having a general enjoyment of exercising is the best way to achieve any kind of goal and will do whatever possible to assist individuals with this.

Sarah loves all things health & fitness and has a degree in public health nutrition and sports and exercise nutrition. MSc = evidence based nutrition advice only, no fad diets or ‘quick fixes!’

She’s passionate about helping others reach their goals and recently arrived from Ireland to enjoy everything that Australia has to offer: sunrises, beaches , good weather and endless outdoor activities!
