Energy Bliss Balls Recipe

 

 

This energy balls recipe is the perfect healthy snack to keep you fueled throughout the day. Made with dates, oats, cacao, almond butter, and chia seeds, these Energy Bliss Balls are naturally sweet, rich in fiber, and packed with protein. They take just 10 minutes to prepare and can be stored in the fridge for a quick grab-and-go bite. Delicious, energizing, and wholesome, this energy balls recipe is a must-try for snack lovers.

Ingredients

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into small balls.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
