At Authentic Personal Training, our focus lies with providing you with a supportive community environment where you are helped every step along the way. We are adapting to the current environment to provide exercise classes completely online focused on keeping you fit and active during this time. It is more important than ever to focus on all aspects of your health, so we want to offer new members a 1 week free trial with access to 12 online classes (2 a day Mon – Sat)!

Weekly membership includes:
- OUTDOOR 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING – fully personalised and private outdoor training on the lower North Shore. OR
- ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING – Virtual PT from the comfort of your home via FaceTime or preferred video chat.
- GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES – 12 online group exercise classes p/week to compliment your training plan. A variety of different classes on offer specifically designed to be done from home. These have already proven to be a huge success with our community.
- LIBRARY OF ONLINE CLASSES TRY AT HOME – You will have access to all our online classes to do at home in your own time. Don’t worry if you can’t catch the class live, watch it in your free time to stay active.
- IMMUNE BOOSTING RECIPES – Easy recipes designed to help you get off to a flying start and help avoid illness.
- CHECK-INS FROM THE TEAM – Here to help keep you on track, answer any questions and keep you motivated.

We will be taking our boutique Crows Nest studio principals online to provide a variety of workout classes focused on improving overall health and well-being whilst complying with important government recommendations. Our online workout classes include HIIT, full body, core conditioning, bodyweight cardio, guns & buns and stretch & posture.
