Alec has 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including eight years as a personal trainer. His track record of providing direct, honest information and reputation for helping clients achieve amazing results led him to establish Authentic Personal Training. Specialising in weight loss and fitness improvements, Alec has developed the knowledge and ability to help you take the next step in your fitness journey, and your results to the next level.

Tom has been involved with health and fitness, both directly and indirectly over the last 10 years. Over this time, he has developed a strong understanding of weight training and how it can maximize your results. Over the last 2 years he has focused his efforts towards endurance training, in particular triathlon and iron man events. With a focus on biomechanics and having learnt through his own training mistakes, you can be assured that he is here to help you achieve your results injury free and happy!

After going through her own health and fitness journey, Holly realised that she had a great passion for not only motivating others, but also helping them improve their health and fitness. Since becoming a Personal Trainer in January 2016, Holly has focused on taking a holistic approach, working to create a lifestyle change. With a passion for strength training, boxing and nutrition, Holly looks forward to helping you live your best life, always.

After noticing how his confidence and self worth improved through living a healthy life, Nick became a Personal Trainer in 2015 with a passion for wanting others to feel the same way.
With his knowledge and experience in weight loss and strength programming, plus his own training for the Junior Nationals in powerlifting, he has developed a strong understanding of the importance of correct mechanics in all training programs. He is driven through delivering programs of the highest quality and cannot wait to help with yours.

Micheal has been in the health & fitness industry for 11 years including six years Personal Training experience in London. During his time as a trainer, he created and maintained long-term relationships with clients, helping them achieve amazing results and ensuring fitness was a top priority in their life. With extensive experience in weight loss management, as well as programming for The Tough Mudder, London Marathon and lean muscle building, Micheal loves to help people succeed whilst creating work, health & fitness and life balance.
